2. Enquiry and booking confirmation

Sending the form on this website is a non-binding enquiry. A booking becomes valid once we confirm it in writing and receive the deposit.

For bookings made through a booking platform (such as Booking.com), that platform's terms also apply, including the cancellation terms shown when you book.

3. Prices and minimum stay

Prices are in euros and include VAT, tourist tax and everything listed in the villa description. The current price list is on the Contact page.

The minimum stay is 5 nights, and 7 nights in July and August.

Extra services, such as cleaning during your stay, are charged separately as agreed.

4. Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due when you book. The balance is due at least 30 days before arrival.

You can pay by bank transfer or by credit card through the booking platform, depending on the arrangement.

5. Security deposit

Every booking requires a refundable security deposit of €1,000, paid in advance. It is refunded in full after check-out, usually by bank transfer, if no damage has occurred during your stay. If there is damage, the deposit is reduced by the cost of the damage.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation terms depend on the type of booking. We show them to you before confirming the booking, and you accept them before it is completed.

If you paid by credit card and are entitled to a refund, the amount is returned to the same card or by bank transfer, depending on the payment method.

7. Arrival, departure and guest registration

Check-in: from 16:00, by prior arrangement.
Check-out: by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Croatian law requires us to register all guests in the eVisitor system, so on arrival we will ask for a valid identity document for every guest.

8. Staying at the villa

The villa sleeps a maximum of 10 people.
Pets are welcome. Please mention them in your booking enquiry.
Younger groups are welcome, with the usual security deposit.
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the villa, its equipment and grounds during their stay.

9. Complaints

You can send a complaint in writing to scvolaelementare@gmail.com or by post to the address above. We confirm receipt without delay and send a written reply within 15 days of receiving it.

10. Use of this website

The texts, photos and other content on this website are protected by copyright and may not be used without our permission.

We do our best to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it may change. If anything differs, the written confirmation of your booking applies.

The website contains links to external sites, for example for recommended excursions. We are not responsible for their content.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Croatian law. If you are a consumer from another country, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
